Overview

EcoSpark BESS platforms combine LiFePO4 racks, a power conversion system, thermal management and an EMS/BMS stack into a single commissioned unit — sized from a 50kWh commercial cabinet to multi-megawatt containerised blocks.

Systems operate in grid-tied or island mode, in parallel with a diesel generator, or stacked alongside additional BESS units as demand grows — with no forklift upgrade of the control layer required.

Built for the realities of Gujarat's grid: voltage fluctuation ride-through, high ambient temperature operation, and compliance with utility interconnection requirements for GETCO, PGVCL, DGVCL, UGVCL and MGVCL circles.

Integrated EMS + BMS + SCADA

One control layer coordinates cell health, power flow and grid signals, with remote monitoring built in from day one.

Multi-layer protection

Cell, module and system-level OVP/UVP/OCP/OTP protection, with optional gas, aerosol or water-mist fire suppression.

Island-mode ready

Runs standalone during a grid outage, then resynchronises automatically once utility power is restored.

Active thermal management

Air-cooled as standard, liquid-cooled option for high-cycling or high-ambient deployments.

Outdoor-rated enclosure

IP54–IP65 10ft / 20ft containers engineered for direct outdoor installation with minimal civil work.
